Care and Help

Pastoral Care is an integral part of life at St. Wilfrid's, from Eucharistic Ministers who take Communion to the sick and home-bound on Sundays, to regular visitors to those hospitalized or in need. In addition to hospital and home visits, all members of the clergy are available to provide pre-marital counseling, spiritual counseling, and spiritual direction.

Great Pastoral Care in a congregation emerges out of a close partnership between clergy, staff, and all of the members of the parish. Our goal is to provide pastoral care to the whole person. To do that, we need the whole community, bringing to all the wealth of healing and joy which the Lord offers us as God uses us as instruments of the Divine Love.
